While most of us plod along with our regular Dells and HP machines, the modders are a different breed altogether. Sometimes come up with obscene specifications for their machines. And at other times, they go ahead and create wacky and weird custom cases. Here are some PC case mods created by people who tread the line between obsession and craziness!

What would art uncut and Paris? Among countless names that always made the city a bastion of all aspects of art, is that of Edouard Leon Cortes. Post-Impressionist, was called "the poet Parisian painting"- alluding to his prowess such urban landscapes of Paris.
The Passion of the Court by the city was exceptional, taking his talent to meet not only the monuments, people and movements, but also the very soul of Paris. The paintings of Edouard are among the most famous and significant references in the French capital of all time.

Racking Up the New Year
I realize it has been quite some time since the Brommunity has heard from me. The Bro Boy has been stuck in a daily grind that has been very un-Bro since he moved to New York and got a “real job.” Not to worry, however, because I’ve been sticking it to the man as much as I can. For instance, while I should be calling clients right now I’m sitting at my cubicle and writing a long-overdue story for the ’Bible. I guess it has taken me a few months to get back that college spirit that I epitomized not long ago.
But I digress. New Years is approaching and I am pretty goddamn excited.
Now that I’m working my ass off and earning a meager paycheck, short vacations like Christmas and New Year’s are depressingly exciting. For all you fucks that have a five-week winter break like my younger brother who has foolishly decided to take his talents to Canton, New York…. well, keep living the dream.
Again, I’m off topic. What was I saying — something about New Year’s? Ah, yes, New Year’s. I’m especially excited for this New Year’s because I will be getting out of this jungle and heading to my home in the North Country. That’s Vermont for you lay people out there. I’ll be meeting up with a few old college Bros and doing a tour of the local watering holes on New Year’s Eve. While that doesn’t sound like the most exciting thing you’ve ever done, I’ve realized that when you grow up you start to appreciate all types of chaying — even if it’s low key and just four dudes blacking out on my pops’ gold card. (Thanks for taking the hit again, pops).
New Year’s is just another excuse for my post-graduate ass to get out and make an absolute idiot out of myself without my girlfriend, my parents, or my landlord telling me that I’ve had too much to drink again and that I need to stop pissing in the flowerbed outside the apartment building. Well, joke’s on them, because it’s December and those flowers have been dead for months.

How Halloween is Celebrated Around the World
Halloween is a centuries old tradition that has its origins in both the druidic and the more modern Christian religions. The bottom line through all the permutations. though, is a day that spirits might roam or return, a day to respect the dead and keep the bad spirits at bay, and a time to move forward as well. It is a time to venerate our dead and our ancestors, to "hallow" or treat as sacred, including the harvest or earth.
In today's extreme commercialism, it might be of interest to look not just at the origins, but how festivals for the dead are celebrated around the world - along with a few vintage postcards for the season!
Ireland
There is an old legend about Stingy Jack, so mean that he couldn't get into heaven and the devil didn't want him either, so he had to walk the earth for eternity with nothing but a lantern made from a turnip with a coal inside it. He became known as Jack-o-lantern and the tradition of putting lanterns of turnip, beets or pumpkin in windows and doors began, to scare away Jack and all spirits who walk the earth. Pumpkins didn't really become big until a big wave of Irish people moved to America where the pumpkin was ubiquitous.

Of course in the place that Halloween is celebrated most widely, North America, it is a time for children to dress up in costumes and to go trick-or-treating, a custom that originated in Ireland when children would go singing to each house and be given soul cakes. Now it is more related to the idea that the dead will play tricks on you if you aren't nice to them.

A horse riding was one of the most used way of transportation in the past. Today it is more a hobby that conquers people at any ages. Man and horse was always a special relationship. Even kids like hippos. That positive acceptation by kids is today the basic of a hippotheraphy. Hippotherapy is a treatment that uses the multidimensional movement of the horse for patients who have movement dysfunction. But professional horse riding encourage many adults too, especially on horse riding shows.

Tiny robots of famous people and fictional characters
These tiny robots, created by Jenn and Tony Bot, may look edible, but believe you me, they are not. I found that out the hard way.
Made of glass beads, wire and polymer clay, the robots weigh in at about 2 ounces and stand 2.5 cm tall. This Blog Rules has picked some of its favorites and put them on display for you below the jump. You can spot Jack Sparrow, Miss Piggy, Batman, Spiderman, and other iconic characters in the bunch. If you buy these and have them delivered to you, I strongly recommend not biting into them, no matter how scrumptious they appear.
