Lions of Bath {England} 2010

 Residents of Bath, one of the most beautiful cities in the UK, decided that they must pass a parade of lions. Through the efforts of local businessmen, communities and interested persons were collected funds for the creation of sculptures, which are then painted artists. After that, a hundred figures representing the kings of beasts in full-length, set close to major attractions, as well as in parks and the most unexpected places. Why lions? Everything here is simple: these animals were symbols of royal England for nine centuries, and in the Bath and its environs meet at least five hundred images of lions. It is planned that the sculpture will be in town until mid-September and in October will go under the hammer for a charitable purpose
